Sales Manager

Cory’s Audio Visual is looking for a people-person with a knack for numbers to join our award-winning team.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales department. The Sales Manager will have a combination of working knowledge of audio, video, and lighting equipment and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge:

Work with ownership team to determine annual and quarterly sales goals for organization, department, and individual sales team members

Manage Sales Department, including Account Sales Executives across multiple verticals, as well as an Inside Sales Team

Plans and directs all aspects of an organization’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives

Develops the sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the organization

Manages all aspects of the sales function

Manage and assign all leads that come into the company.

Pursue new event opportunities through business development and sales networks in both the metro and other markets

Work Environment

There will be moderate exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand, and/or dust. There will be moderate lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members will use high-end audio visual equipment and electrical components and will be exposed to heights via lifts and ladders. Working times will include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Cory’s Audio Visual.
