Since 2014 when Cory’s Audio Visual began producing Bob Moore Auto Group’s annual Heritage Breakfast for their employees, the event has grown substantially.
Year after year, 400-500 team members come together across many locations to celebrate wins, forecast the upcoming year, and collaborate with one another.
From the basic hotel ballroom set up to today’s annual event, a lot has changed over the years. But no year has seen an upgrade like 2018’s breakfast event.
Challenge
With a new staff in place, Bob Moore Auto Group was ready to kick their event up a notch by placing the focus on the stage and their message in-the-round. Their event’s vision was to grab the attention of their staff as they walk into the room of the Embassy Suites Norman.
Events in-the-round can be challenging due to the 360-degree need for lighting, sound, and sight lines. The particular room was also lower in height so amendments would need to be made to create an in-the-round designed that wow-ed.
Solution
Cory’s Audio Visual transformed the room into an engaging circle where video and presentation content could be seen from every angle. By angling the screens downward in the rigging process, our team was able to make the lower ceiling fit projection screens, staging, and more.
Result
